Cynthia Sotelo is a music industry creative, podcast host, and emerging artist development professional based in Southern California. A graduate of Full Sail University’s Music Business program, Cynthia combines her background in customer relations, content creation, and music marketing to help artists and creative professionals grow their brands and connect with audiences.

Her passion for music began through band and performance programs during middle and high school and later evolved into hands-on experience in artist development and management. In 2020, Cynthia managed independent artist Zari Alexandria, assisting with release planning, songwriting coordination, and digital marketing strategy for the artist’s debut project.

Today, Cynthia is the creator and host of The Music Playbook Podcast, a platform centered around independent artists, music industry conversations, and creative storytelling. Through interviews, media content, and networking within the entertainment space, she aims to spotlight emerging talent while building authentic industry relationships.

In addition to podcasting, Cynthia currently works in tour management and artist support, helping coordinate live show opportunities, promotional efforts, and creative development for independent artist Legaci.

Her long-term goal is to work within artist management, A&R, music marketing, or creative development while continuing to grow platforms that support artists and music communities.
